At MDSM, there is nothing more important than the health and safety of our people. We have worked extensively to lay a safety foundation that ensures safety is a priority for every worker, visitor or employee on our job sites. We empower our people to make decisions that maintain the well-being of our people during any job or task.
Our team actively participates in routine processes that help us maintain a safe work environment, including:
- Weekly Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) discussions
- Daily Pre Task Plans (PTP) with site safety rep
- Regular site safety orientation with general contractor
- Daily equipment and tool inspections
- Random audits by safety representative 2-3x per week
